TO USE COLD冷用
Store the soothing gel pack in the refrigerator so that it's ready to use.
For bruises, sprains, insect bites, headaches,sunburn: apply cold for several minutes to ease discomfort.
将本产品存放于冰箱中以便随时使用。当擦伤，扭伤，蚊虫叮咬，头疼或者轻度晒伤时，使用本产品于患处数分钟可有效减轻由以上问题带来的不适。
Hot Cold Pack
TO USE WARM (in HOT WATER)           热用（热水加热）
Place the soothing gel pack in hand-hot water for 5 minutes. Remove and test the temperature. Apply to affected area for soothing effects.
将本产品中热水中放置5分钟然后取出测试温度。待温度合适后放置在需要热敷的位置即可减轻疼痛。


TO USE WARM (in MICROWAVE)      热用  （微波炉加热）
Wrap the soothing gel pack with a very damp towel and place in the microwave, set power Below 800WATTS, and heat for 10 SECONDS.
Since microwaves vary, add additional 5 SECONDS intervals to achieve desired temperature. NEVER OVERHEAT!
将本产品用湿润的热毛巾包裹住然后放入微波炉，设置微波炉功率为不超过800瓦特然后加热10秒钟。
根据微波炉型号的不同，可以额外加热5秒钟到需要的温度。 一定不要过度加热。
