TO ACTIVATE: Locate the metal disc and bend between fingers until you feel a click, then gel will heat up instantly and become solid.
TO RECHARGE: After the pack cools down thoroughly, boil the pack in a pan of water on the stove until the inside material become 100% liquid and without any crystalline in the pack. 
DO NOT PUT THE PACK INTO MICROWAVE.
